Had awesome service from Cata at Viva Brazil a restaurant we have come to many times for dinners and lunches will recommend it to everyone.
Food is delicious from all the meats to there buffet..

Review of Vivá Porto De Galinhas Resort

I must say this hotel is extreme pleasant especially for a family with kids.. those little ones have so much fun!! Like everything else nothing is perfect but there are just a few things those two owner brothers could definitely improve, and one of the is the Internet by ALL means the worst I have ever experienced with one exception central Africa !!! On this day and age is inadmissible an internet service such as that.. I wonder if there are not proper technicians available on that area. The other minor complaint is the quality of the meat. The responsible owners know as well as I do that the difference between good meat and “so so” meat is MINIMAL. Finally check in takes forever and personnel at reception are not pleasant!
Remarkable quantity of employees, the owners didn’t spare and overall service is amazing, facilities such as swimming pools and other services also excellent. Room cleaning top, breakfast is worth staying in the hotel to experiment!! Dinner buffet is not the best and as I said meat leaves a lot to be desired specially being in Brazil where meat is amazing and they can buy good quality filet mignon at very reasonable prices !
My final comment is that they should improve in those minor offerings just to make the hotel absolutely TOP.. despite all that I recommend it and will definitely come back .. maybe by next time they would improved on those items especially INTERNET!

We inform you that we started this week with some technical problems in the system/portal that delivers the Wi-Fi signal to our guests, however, we have already carried out maintenance on the system and the internet access portal, it is already working normally.
Regarding your opinion about the meat we serve, we are sorry if the delivery during your stay was not enough for you. We inform you that today we work with the best suppliers of animal meat in the region. So we always offer a quality and safe product to our guests. We point out that the process of cutting the meat we serve adapts to the demand we receive at our resort, with agility and to the preference of our customers. We can, we must and we are careful to meet any demand from our customers, always respecting the five stages of preparation, according to demand. Because the non-adapted preparation conveys the feeling of degradation of the quality of the food, depreciating the product.
We emphasize that our maitres and collaborators are prepared to meet different requests, in order to deliver the best cuisine and meet the different palates of our guests.
We say that we are available, in case you return, in the same way, to carry out the due preferred delivery.
In a way, we say that your comments are being analyzed by the quality sector of our resort.

Perfect everything! The swimming pools are very clean, the staff is very nice, the spa has some amazing massages. The restaurant is super nice too. I'd recommend and come back anytime. They just need to add activities for toddlers and moms.

My family and I stayed at this great resort and had an amazing time. The nightly live music, picturesque beach and huge pools were a total vibe. The staff was beyond friendly and the food was delicious. The only downsides were that drinks are not included with your stay and are pricey. Also the strong currents at the beach looked dangerous.

Wow what a trip! Thanks for this amazing resort. The staff is extremely friendly,helpful and will do everything for you to feel comfortable at your staying. We arrived on Monday and our superluxo room (definitely recommended) was at the first floor right next to the pool area, however we wanted something more private, we call the front desk - spoke with Vitor who was amazing and is also bilingual - he immediately got what we were looking for and did not hesitate to relocate us. Together with coordinator - Chacon (if you have any issues or questions - this is your guy) we got relocated right the way. Servers Danilo and Angelo at the restaurant were making sure that we had a five stars service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is a plus, delicious Brazilian cuisine, huge variety. It’s just amazing!

First of all we travelled during COVID and this resort really goes the extra step for sanitizing, so you feel safe. At the buffet there are servers, all with masks and shields putting on your plate your food choices. Tables are cleaned with alcohol after each person, and each room is cleaned and then sanitized with a fogging machine after each guest leaves. I felt safe.
About the resort - very good food, breakfast was great and had dinner twice. Something for everyone and well prepared. Pools are fantastic and loads of space. Rooms are a nice size but not huge, same goes for the bathroom.
Wifi is ok in the room, but great around the pool area. Much faster and better by the pool.
Property is very new, and all works. I would stay here again.
