Having gone to the same hotel in Santa Cruz do Sul, and really enjoyed our experience, we decided to go to this hotel in Gramado. It is close to the center (300 meters) and the famous Black Lake.
The place is unfortunately not what we had hoped for, with an "older" aspect and an inferior infrastructure.
They are currently going through a reconstruction/renovation, so I hope it will get closer to the high level we saw in Santa Cruz do Sul.
Also, I hope the day time manager improves his people skills and smiles at least once to his customers, it wouldn't kill him.
By the way, all the other employees who work here are SUPER nice and willing to help you whenever you need. Positive points for their effort to make you feel at home! :)
I don't know if I would come back here again in the future.More
