If you are looking for a low cost hotel with a good relation price vs quality, this is a good option. It is quite simple but the rooms are big and they manage to keep it clean and tidy. It is well located, close to a nice street with many good restaurants (Avanhandava street).

It was a surprise, a last minute booking and that was in the area where I had to be, so, lets do it!
Nice, no big rooms but there is all you need, including bathroom.
Very nice people in the reception,, very helpfull. It was clean and also the breakfast was okay. Price versus accomodation ++

We stayed only one night and it was good. Thanks to the very friendly english speaking staff at the reception, we knew where to go out and we enjoyed Sao Paulo. The rooms are not fancy but with everything you need and they were clean.

Transfer to the airport was more than ecpected but we made it.
