Keep far away , awfull, terrible service and concierge

Stayed 3 days because i have a convention neatby, unfortunately far away from good places in sao paulo, huge hotel with no conditions to have so many rooms, i ddn’t have towels for 2 days, last night i phoned to the concierge but they didn’t appear with the towels, awfull concierge, thousands of adolescents making noise, drinking etc... the hole night, some guests almost called the police.KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A CONVENTION NEARBY!!!!

Very Good, not quite great

Location is great if you fly into GRU
Only 45 Uber ride. Not much around the hotel but taxis are quick and cheap. Easy location for tour guides to pick from. Very good restaurants within easy reach too. Traffic around the whole of São Paulo is a nightmare - leave plenty of time whenever you are!
Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful, thank you everyone.
Breakfast in hotel is really good and worthwhile, glad we went.
Rooms are comfortable, large beds, good shower and bathroom.
Hair dryers work ok but could be better. No kettle - just a filter coffee jug to heat water and sachet of instant ?????
Overall very pleased and would definitely stay again.

Good price/good value

This is a nice hotel although the furnishings are more basic than you would find at many Holiday Inns in the US. The breakfast is good but quite pricey. There is a mall nearby with a variety of stores and restaurants, not walking distance.

A bit of a disappointment

Not the best place for a weekend break. However, if you are attending one of the events, that's a different story.
Lovely spacious room with A/C, mini bar coffee making facilities and a safe. The location is a disappointment, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that runs approximately every 50 minuets to the nearest Metro station and also an extremely large shopping center with many well known food outlets. The hotel restaurant is very good with some excellent food.
There is also a "bar", more like a cafe than a bar with the usual burgers and fast food snacks. With little cups of draft beer, 220ml that cost a fortune.
Reception, well what can you say, its the same in any international hotel, polite helpful and speedy. I will warn you though, if you come by car there is a R$30 per day charge for parking!
Also, the swimming pool is indoor down at the fitness center.

Room tip: High up to avoid any party noise at the weekend

Nothing special

Terrible location if you want to get to know São Paulo. Far from the night scene and the nicest places to have fun in town.

Hotel rooms are good size and very clean. Staff is very ok and breakfast is very good with lots of options.
