Brazilian BBQ as it should be: 100% focus on meat, all different cuts and tastes. You sit down and find already a small indicating which cut belongs to which part of the animal. This while eating delicious pieces of roasted? fried? bacon to die for. Ok, there is a salad buffet in the middle of the seating area, but you tend to stay away from it. You came for the meat and the meat comes to you. The waiters bring the skewers with the cuts straight out of the kitchen to all tables, and you say yes or no. And it is so difficult to say no watching the excellent cuts move away without even trying. Needless to say you are going to eat way too much. Staff is very polite (but most of them don't speak English), food is excellent, overall a reference point on the map, hence the solid recommendation. Vegetarians stay out.
