We stopped at "The White House" for a light lunch in a very hot and sunny summer afternoon. We chose that restaurant just by the prices and the very nice terrace they have over the water.
We had 2 salads, french fries and some fish. All was well prepared and tasty.
The service was good, can't say very fast probably because the waiters were affected by the strong sun. Otherwise they were very polite and helpful, as I could hear all spoke English and Romanian.
The prices are a little high for Bulgarians but OK for foreigners, in my opinion. It can't be otherwise - the restaurant is on the seaside promenade of Balchik where the tourists usually go for a walk!
I would go there again!
