This was our second stay at this lovely hotel, last year for one week this time for 10 days. The location is stunning and ideal for the more mature as it is a completely flat, easy walk around the stunning harbour and through the market into the other bay where there is great swimming and lots of restaurants right by the sea.The hotel however appeals to people of all age groups and there was a good mix.On both visits we chose a balcony room and although the views are not as stunning as the front rooms it is very quiet. The rooms are very clean ,bright and modern with a super bathroom. The breakfasts are good and can be eaten outside weather permitting. You can ask for an omelette or other types of eggs if not already on offer. We took our own travel kettle and were provided with a table for it without even asking. All staff are friendly and helpful.

For me it is the small things that this hotel gets right where others do not.

The key fob works first time,no struggling to gain access to room.
Free electronic safe

Mini bar in which you can store own drinks.
Pool towels which can be used on beach and changed every day.No silly deposits.
Air con which works
Rooms cleaned early in morning.
Thank you all at Osejava for a lovely holiday

My partner and I had 1 night stay while on a road trip. Location fantastic. Parking easy, outside hotel, but limited spaces. Checked in early also given a fantastic balcony room, facing sea. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room spacious, decor stunning. Great facilities. No ironing facilities in room though. Bathroom spotless clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast tasty hot and good choice. Lovely outdoor seating aswell. Will recommend and return when next visiting resort.

We parked in the garage which was very very tiny, even with a compact car. There were no spots available in their outside lot.

The location was great for walking around Makarska.

The room was very large and spacious. Great amount of closet space and a large bathroom.

The receptionist was very helpful with information on how to get to Bol. She provided us with ferry times etc.

They had the pool towels available that we were able to sign out to bring to the beach.

Checked out the pool, which was very nice!
There is also a small beach right there next to the bar Deep.

Breakfast was included. The outdoor area to eat buffet breakfast in was very nice.

Just back from a relaxing 2 week stay at Hotel Osejava, situated at the far end of the harbour. The reception staff were really friendly making check in easy. The room was modern and specious, and cleaned before you retuned from breakfast. We purposely picked the back of the hotel, overlooking the small swimming pool, because we wanted a balcony, which you don't get at the front. Reviews had also mentioned noise at the front from bars and boats which it appears was the case at weekends. However, this is completely out of the hotel's and the Reps control, so I can't understand how you can complain to either about the noise. We were on the half board option, breakfast, served on the outside terrace overlooking the harbour, was great with plenty of choice. The evening meal was chosen from a menu, soups, pasta, pizzas, resottos and grilled meat, cake pancakes and ice creams. You can mix and match so enough choice to last 2 weeks. The restaurant staff were excellent and the wine reasonably priced too. We had a great time in Makarska and the Hotel Osejava was the perfect place to stay.

Room Tip: If you want peace and quite pick the back overlooking the pool.

Just got back from this beautiful hotel could not fault it and markaska is wonderful the staff in the hotel are all friendly and helpful and the hotel is immaculate and smells like you are in a spa !! Throughout the hotel it is opposite the harbour and has a small beach at the side with a bar inside a cave make sure you take water proof shoes to go swimming as there are lots of stones there are plenty of shops there to buy them from would definitely return
