We are a couple and we paid 35 dollars for a private double room with private bathroom.
The WiFi doesn't work in the room, you need to go in the stairs! There isn't hot water and when we arrived in the room the bed was dirty and we slept in our sleeping bag.
The person are friendly, but with no hot water and no wifi for sure I'll not come back in this hostel!

I stayed their twin room, and dorm room too. It's close to bus terminal, airport and you can use the kitchen. If you want to stay quiet, get a private room because dorm room is quite loud and close to bar.

The best thing about this hostel, other than the attentive staff, is the pool area. A spacous courtyard with seating, a hammock and a bar, next to a well maintained pool complete with slackline-and all surrounded by Ecuador's plentiful fruit trees. A vey relaxed and clean place to spend a few days, and there's always fruit juice with breakfast.
Would certainly stay again, definitely recommend.

I stayed for 2 nights and had a good rest, the pool is great to refresh after a really hot day in the city. The dorm was comfortable, but a little bit warm. I would like the staff to have more info about other close-by destinations, in order to plan a better trip. Very well located, nice breakfast and clean. Highly recommended.

I only stayed one night but it was great. Breakfast was included and was delicious eggs, jam, bread, juice and tea/coffee. Water was hot, everything was clean. Staff incredibly helpful.
I didn't go swimming but I could imagine in the heat of a summer's day the pool would be a massive asset!
