The location was perfect as was everything else with one exception. While we were there the hot water was not. The new owners are making some necessary upgrades. It did not bother us too much because we so loved the location, snorkeling and food. We stayed later at the West Bay and so wanted to come back to The Beach House. Unfortunately they were booked. See you next year!

Room Tip: First floor to walk onto the sand or upper floor for views. You choose

My new wife and I stayed at the Beach House for the first leg of our honeymoon. Our room was perfect. They had a car pick us up from the airport. The roads were a little worse for wear because of all the rain, but whatever.
Once we arrived they greeted us, told us about the Beach House, showed us to our room, where they had made towel swans on the bed covered with some rose petals, with a chilled bottle of champagne.
Our room overlooked the entire bay. We were able to sit on our balcony, and eat our breakfast, have a drink, and watch the sunset. I can't wait to come back to the Beach House for years to come!

Loani, the manager, and Henry, the super, took such great care of us for our two-week stay Christmas / New Years. They, along with Chuck, the new owner, met all of our requests fast and with a smile. Our room had its own private entrance to the beach along with a shower -- really nice after a dip in the Caribbean (which was 25 feet from our room). The Happy-Hour bar at the end of their dock has killer views of sunset. And the included breakfast every morning at the Landing Restaurant upstairs was wonderful - fresh tropical fruit, pastries, coffee and cooked-to-order eggs.
This was our second time to the West End of Roatan, and The Beach House will totally be our destination next time.

Room Tip: The upper floors have tremendous views of Half-Moon Bay, but we opted for walk-out-of-our-door beach access.

We were extremely pleased with our food at this super restaurant overlooking the ocean. Our food was outstanding-the shrimp tacos were the best ever along with the toast with Brie and caramelized onions.

Our waitress was very sweet and prompt with our order. We enjoyed a few beverages while looking at the turquoise water.

Definitely a place to visit when you’re in the area.

Just spent a week at this lovely boutique hotel. The location can’t be beat. Walk to everything in the West End. The weather wasn’t great but no matter. Beautiful room, great restaurant, we read on the deck of our room when it rained. Staff was terrific. New owner who seems great. Paradise. Will surely be back. . We were in room G lower level. Loved loved loved it!!
