Very charming and quaint haveli. Our room was cozy and clean. It is a suit which has a sitting area and if we opened the door and the windows, it was nice and cool to relax in there and do some reading.
The hosts were excellent and very helpful. They took very good care of their guests. When we were there, it was the Holi Festival in Chittor. We did not know and tried to change our train tickets to a later time so we could attend the Holi Festival. We had problem making payment since the website did not like US credit card, the hostess used her bank account to pay for us and we just paid her back in cash. The next day, her husband went with us to the Holi Festival celebration to make sure we were ok.
We also took the tour lead by the hostess, she was an excellent guide, learned a lot about the fort from her and she showed us some of the beautiful locations in the fort.
We had 2 lunches and a dinner at the Haveli. They only offered vegetarian food, very delicious and plenty of food.More
