This hotel exceeded all expectations. The spa was amazing, the service was excellent and scooter rentals were no hassle. Truly a 5 star resort similar to a Caribbean 5 star. I would highly recommend this to any couples or families on Koh Lanta. Food was amazing as well. The resort is pricey based on Thai prices, but you get what you pay for (meals are around 1000 baht for 2, with a drink).

The resort is very relaxed, no entertainment on site, but plenty nearby on klong nin beach.

Room Tip: Lower numbered rooms are on the lowest levels. Rooms in the 500-800 range are way up the hill. There are golf carts to drive you around if the hill is too steep for you, at no charge.

Well where do i start...Me and my boyfrienf hired a car to have a look round the island and came across this little gem. We asked if we could have a look at the room before we decided which they allowed us.
This really is 5 star and you are treated great from checking in to checking out. The staff are very helpful and speak great english.
The buffet breakfast has a massive selction of items so you never get bored.
The rooms are nice and spacious and is equipt with everything you need.
The beach is a little rocky but you arent going to get a 5 star hotel on a better beach than that.
They have a cinema and music room which is awesome.
The pics on the net really dont do it justice!
the pool is big and very relaxing, great for kids too they have a slide.
i would highly recommend this hotel and also this Island if you are planning a trip to thailand.
i will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: get a sea room at low level as you can still get a view of the sea and the hotel pond but less walking :-)

My first time here in Koh Lanta, ( we have travelled in Thailand 15 times ) We were so happy we finally had the chance to visit here. Rawin Warin Resort was a great choice, LOCATION- away from town, yet close to the needs of walking distance to great restaurant's. Resort- ROOMS no matter which room you have the views are sensational!. Cleaners great job well done !!
We looked so forward to our breakfast, great choice, the staff so helpful with a smile!
Credit to the manager she is an amazing person to have so much patience with all her staff and she keeps that wonderful smile every morning. Reception staff helful to information required.
Anyone who comes here will be very happy !!!!

Room Tip: If you don't like stairs ,, low level

We chose Rawi Warin for 4 nights of our stay, the 4 where we wanted to just relax and do nothing but beach and pool. This was perfect.

It has its own beach and is also close to klong nin beach (100bht in tuk tuk or 15 minute walk in the day, 10 at night)

We were welcomed with juice and a cold towel during check in and they take you on a tour in a buggy before dropping you off at your room. Some rooms are on the hillside which didnt look great as the hill was steep but they drop you off and pick you up in the buggy so if you did have one of those rooms then its not the end of the world. We had a pond view room which was great for £60 per night (€72 $90) and included breakfast which was also good.

Pool was great, jacuzzi great too, we really enjoyed this place.

If you stay here you HAVE to visit Yang restaurant in klong nin (currently #1 in ko lanta on trip advisor) its western, but youd be foolish not to go.

They don't accept cash at the hotel, everything is charged to the room and you pay at the end.

One thing I hated each day was that they get you to sign for breakfast too, so your signing a bill for zero.... however, there's a space to leave a tip. I'm not sure if that's why they do it or not, but I certainly wouldn't ever leave a tip for a buffet breakfast that is included in the room rate. They bring you coffee and are lovely but you help yourself to food and juice which is also good. Do they tip us for getting our own food?

Didn't like that but it was only a small thing, on the whole we'd definitely recommend this place, we agonised over where to stay in lanta for a long time and picked a gem. Location and hotel were both great. Service great too.

Room Tip: Don't tip for breakfast, use the free buggy service, visit Yang and take a walk out for food and drink as there are loads of places and it's all MUCH cheaper!

Mum and I visited Koh Lanta for something different as we've been lucky enough to travel to Thailand a few times now. On arriving to Rawi Warin the staff have been very friendly and helpful during our stay. The staff at the buffet breakfast were amazing! We were told it was still low season and a lot of the resorts, restaurants and ferries to phi phi island are closed. however it's a bonus if your looking for a quite Island to stay at then Koh Lanta is the best. We'd defiantly recommend Rawi Warin Resort and Spa to anyone. A special thanks to Lek at reception you've been a great help to make our stay very comfortable!
