No service, nobody smiles, everything was an effort for them, don't go out of there way At all. No fridge and no sleep due to disgusting bed. Very dirty. Closed to the beach is about the only good thing.

This resort has a restaurant on the beach, rooms nearby and hill-side bungalows up a steep climb across the road. The latter was spacious, had a fridge and a kettle but no cups, tea/coffee supplies, toiletries or even a rubbish bin. The afternoon sun blazes down on the balcony and heats up the whole bungalow. The major liability of this resort is the Owner who hates being there almost as much as he hates his guests. Unfortunately, he lives next to the restaurant so is often sitting there watching TV, barking orders at his depressed staff or barking "SHOES!" at hapless guests who miss the sign requesting removal of footwear before entering the restaurant (we suggested they re-position this sign so it can be seen as you approach). The Owner's wife is only a little more approachable. The restaurant is filled with a range of beautiful song-birds confined in tiny cages - though despite this, they manage to fill the place with their songs. It's a sad, neglected, bitter place. We found it so depressing we moved out after one night, letting the Owner know that we felt really unwelcome. It's not particularly cheap, so poor value for money. Give it a wide berth.

Room Tip: Don't stay at this resort.

The hotel owners are rude and unfriendly. They do not want to work. If you're going to ask something seems to bother them.

The bungalow was at the top of the mountain and they even joined us. It was impossible to guess which was if you do not know the area.

The room was old and had no maid service. We had to ask for clean towels.

The wifi was not working most of the time.

The only two good things were the views from the bungalow and being close to the Had Yao beach which is very nice and has a good atmosphere.

Good restaurant and nice sea view. We order a papaya salad. Taste and service were both excellent (but take care it is very spicy). Not too expensive : salad : 70 bath, beer : 50 bath. One of the restaurants witch still purposes diner after 8:30 pm on haad Yao beach.

First of all - there was no Wi-Fi in my room. I had to get Wi-Fi password in the restaurant nearby to use the internet in room.
Later they moved us to another room - I had to ask for towels, there was also no refrigerator. On the other hand I had the Internet.

Pluses? Swimming pool, and nice beach. Also air-con was working and rooms were rather nice. But my mark is only average - for this price I would expect more.
