We spent 5 nights in the pool villa rooms, and had the most amazing and relexed time. We have been coming to this resort for the last 20years and still remains one of our favourite places. People have to remember it is part of a nature reserve and the hotel is not as fancy as an inner city hotel. The staff are great. The beach is the best swim you will ever have.

I have been to most of the island across Thailand. Holiday inn Phi Phi is top north beach front resort locations. 3 steps from our beachfront bungalow to clear white sand with turquoise sea water which we could never find in any island / places in Thailand. Glad that finally i found this place after 6th times visit to Phi Phi. Location is a bit longer journey than Tonsai or Longbeach but it worth to come. We also found authentic Thai food in their international restaurants which we repeats 3 times in our 2 nights stayed. Noi cooked us a very impressed Tom Kha Gai / Pad Prik Kaeng which rare to find the taste even in local restaurant and as local Thai we have voted that her Tom Kha Gai is one of the best in our life :-) she made our stayed even more pleasant. We will be back for sure!!!!!

Brilliant location with white sands and turquoise waters. Our room was second row back from the beach, in a good location to access the beach and not too far from the restaurant and cocktail bar.
Happy hour was 4pm-5pm and could do with being a bit longer and later as good value but finding ourselves coming off the beach early just to benefit from this. staff very friendly and helpful but could have more staff helping on the beach as not enough sun beds and no one monitors them. They could do with padded covers as quite uncomfortable after a while. Some sun beds are broken and the beach tables are dirty- we ordered some food our first day from the beach hut and I asked the girl to wipe the table but she just brushed the sand off and failed to clean it with soap and water or sanitising spray- needless to say we didn’t eat there again which is a shame. Very helpful service from the lobby in arranging our ferry. Prices high though.

It was a very warm welcome and they really live their motto: stay relaxed! Everybody was very kind, the suite was clean, the breakfast has a great variety, the beach was just a dream.
I hope I can comeback someday!
Only thing that I want to point out: it is not at the main pier(tonsai pier) and you need to take a longtail boat or book the ferry to laem tong pier. I wish the holiday inn would note this fact more. But it‘s no negative point for me that it‘s more far away of ton sai pier.

We took the speedboat from Phuket to the resort. The staff were very helpful, and when we arrived, we went straight to the room for checkin. We were enjoying the beautiful white sand in no time. Our bungalow was perfect with soft bed, strong AC, and plenty of space. The Wifi was really fast too! There is a fantastic sunset bar and restaurant were we watched the sunset every day. We had great massages, and Minda was wonderful at taking care of us. In fact, the entire staff at the resort are so helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time here, and we wanted to stay longer. Highly recommend!
