This I feel is an honest genuine review and although some reviews are very negative I don’t feel the hotel deserved it. This hotel is in a beautiful idyllic location at one end of Leamtong Beach which is quite a wide beach about 1 km in length. Beautiful crystal blue waters and golden powdery sands with a backdrop of tropical greenery. We stayed for 3 days in a superior Cottage with see view at the back of the hotel as a family with an extra bed added to the room. Overlooking the coral where snorkelling was amazing. The pool is small but perfectly adequate and had an infinity feel overlooking the sea. The rooms were presented in a typical Thai fashion and were clean. The outdoor shower was lovely. The air con isn’t great and only works in the bedroom and you should close your bedroom door as otherwise it isnt strong enough. Beds and pillows are quite hard. Breakfast was basic but typical for Thailand. On arrival Bang in reception was lovely and helpful and remembered my name for our stay. When we left he came outside and shouted goodbye. He was their best and most helpful receptionist in my opinion. There is a little shop In the hotel which was great for drinks. The restaurant area was large and the food ok although there are a few better restaurants to eat in a little down the beach. The price of food in the area reasonable but not cheap like Tonsai. Overall our stay was amazing. The negative for us was largely due to the reception staff on checkout. Any extras are really expensive in comparison for Thailand and they tried to charge us for things from the mini and snack bar we genuinely had not eaten. From that point the reception staff were not helpful supporting us with transfers etc. However Captain Nick who manages the Independent Longtail boats further down on the Beach was amazing and I would say don’t ask at the hotel go straight to him instead. Kind man and very helpful who gave us the transfer we needed at a chosen time for significantly less than the hotel was offering anyway. I loved this location so much and overall the hotel was lovely so I wouldn’t let the little bit of attitude put us off returning. Actually wish I was still there as this beach stole my heart. Quiet enough to feel in paradise but with a few beach bars and beautiful snorkelling to keep you occupied.

Room Tip:Speak to Captain Nick re transfers on Longtails roughly he sits about half the way down the beach.

Good hotel in idilic location! Lovely pool area with great views and seating! There is also many local restaurants down the beach which are ideal for dinner! This was easily the best value hotel of our trip!
Room tip: We went for a superior cottage which was a great room

Quite a nice hotel, and quite a nice room. We opted for a Superior Cottage. However, the staff not very attentive at all. As instructed when we arrived we dialed "0" to ask for a buggy to take us from the room to the reception. Twenty minutes later we did this again and no joy the second time either. The room when we arrived was like an oven. To work the lights and, more importantly, the air-conditioning you have to put the key and keyring into a switch by the door. The key and keyring are inseparable being welded together. We politely asked if we could have a second key/keyring so we could keep the room cool. The answer was a flat NO. We subsequently discovered that we could pay for an extra key/keyring at a mere snip of £20 a day. What an absolute joke. Perhaps those of you now reading this will realise why I gave Phi Phi Natural such a low score!
Room tip: Probably be wise to spend a bit more money and chose a better hotel

WHEN ARRIVING AT THIS HOTEL , FOUND THAT THE BEACH AT THE FRONT COULD DO WITH A CLEAN UP , STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND ACOMODATION WAS AVERAGE BUT LOOKING TIRED , BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE , GOOD FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES , HOTEL HAS 2 POOLS WITH A SMALL SHOP , ON THE WHOLE A GOOD LITTLE 3 STAR HOTEL , BUT IF YOU WANT MORE THERE ARE BETTER ALONG THE BEACH.

What a terrible experience we had. From the moment we arrived it was simply so disorganized. We paid extra for a bungalow to have privacy, located next to a road were there where constant traffic of the golf carts driving around. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the hotel is in poor condition. Cleaning was terrible and they always leave 3 towels and we are two people, which we couldn’t understand, had to call everyday for extra towel. The pool and the premises were also dirty with leaves all over. Despite our bad experience, the food at the hotel was simply excellent and so is the location. Very quiet and tranquil surroundings for a relaxing time.

The resort is located at one of the most beautiful places of the world. But they destroy it themselves. They use a very old blue stinky noisy tractor to get people from the pier, like 18 times in one morning, back and forth on the beach. People who could easily walk 100 meters. It is as if they want to destroy the peace, the nature, the hapinness you could experience. Then 3 evenings a week you,ve could music so loud for all the beach and the other resorts. This is Phi Phi NATURAL resort
