I’ve stayed here with my family twice. The accommodation standard is excellent, hygiene and cleanliness perfect. The gardens are beautiful and the site is peaceful. Nice swimming pool always clean, great breakfast and the staff are wonderful. Good night sleep on a comfortable, large bed. All rooms air conditioned. Best value room Baht 1300 in our view

Lots of places to eat locally, our favourite is Bobbys Pizza a short walk away or you can order from reception. The dough at this place is a revelation, Bobbys Buster is the best, the wraps are awesome too.

Lots of great markets and local eateries.

Great day visits are Songkhla Zoo with lions, tigers and an awesome full day program, Phu Pha Phet Caves 4th biggest in world, Thale Ban Forest Park Beautiful primary and secondary jungle with an amazing visitors centre.

The hotel responded very quickly through email when I was making the reservation. Although finally i find the price of the hotel is slightly cheaper from the hotel booking website, the hotel still responded to my email pretty fast.

We arrived around noon, a few hours earlier than the check in time. But the room was ready for us. Without checking with our booking confirmation, the cleaner has delightfully passed the key to the room. As if we were the only guest at the hotel. It does seemed so as the hotel was pretty quite, but we can see several other cars parked at the hotel later that night.

We booked 2 rooms - as that what available in the website - one deluxe and the other the standard room. The deluxe room was a bit more spacious. But the standard room was good also good enough. We really like the decor of both rooms. Very industrial with a taste of local traditional style. The bed was very comfortable and the tv has loads of channels (mostly in Thai) but not cartoon or kids channel. It is good to have kids channel for the kids.

The surrounding of the resort was beautiful especially the smell of the flowers at the pathway to the room. There was a small swimming pool, good for kids and adults. It really seemed like we were the only customer they have as we can enjoy the pool all by ourselves. However, because of the salty water, you can't really stay in the water for too long. But the pool was not really maintained, there were several dry leaves in the pool, but it was not bad at all. My kids love the pool.

The hotel is very well located. Very near to Satun city center. However, there is nothing much around 200m to 300m of the hotel area. You have to walk further to find the nearest restaurant. There is a mosque near the hotel - around 500 meters. You can here the call for prayer, if you were outside or near the pool area. But will not disturb your sleep.

The only issue was none of the reception or cleaner able to speak English. We had a difficult time to get information from them. In fact we didn't get any information about Satun from them.

Another small issue, the mosquitoes. You can see them flying especially during dusk and morning. Please make sure the windows and door are shut during this time. We did ask the hotel to spray insect repellent when we went out for dinner. But none of my kids and the adults got bitten by the mosquitoes. Hence, it was an alarming issue but was not a problem.

Overall, this was a very good resort as we were going for the pool and the hotel peaceful surroundings.
