Pleasant stay @Avillion Admiral Cove!

Fantastic Seaview from room n the room is very spacious too! Just tat house keeping might need to improve in cleaning toilet n thier piping system cause some noises when sleeping..however beds are clean n comfortable. So overall still a pleasant stay there for two nights. My gals enjoy the zipline, rock climbing and atv ride provided by the Tough Nation. Good service from them ! 👏

This hotel has set my benchmark for worst hotel to stay

Where do I even begin...
CLEANLINESS is my bare minimum qualification for a nice hotel. And this hotel isn't even close. This is the state of the room where I was placed:
- stains on the bedsheet and pillowcase. I couldn't help but wonder where the stains came from. The bed sheet has hairs on it. I'm not sure if it comes from the cleaner, but...ew? Even after I requested that the sheets be changed, the new sheets were still stained, so I gave up.
- The same goes for the sofa in the room.
- the shower screen is full with water and soap marks, and I could barely see through the transparent glass. There are always stains on the mirror. I assumed that cleaning the shower would include washing the mirror and shower screen as well, but apparently that is not the case at this hotel. Droplets of soap, toothpaste, and water markings can be seen. Hair in the drain.
- Water bidet is rusted and has greenish stains.
- The room itself is rundown and poorly maintained.

and I paid RM 400++ per night and i stayed for 2 nights so its about rm900+.

Overall, the hotel is poorly kept, poorly managed, and inadequately cleaned. But, hey, I'm sure the management is aware of this, and the fact that they didn't do anything to better shows that they are confident that even with the current quality of service they are delivering, they will continue to get good business. It was my first and most likely final stay at this hotel, unless they improve their cleanliness.

Room tip: if possible choose a different hotel if the price hit RM300 above.

Old hotel with average facilities

The room condition is not properly maintain and a bit smelly, room is dusty. Sink is likely have some blockage and slow flow. The whole hotel is very very hot. I could not feel the air cond. Is an old hotel and nothing special

Beautiful sea view

Room is big enough for 3 person (2 single bed + 1 sofabed), I guess the room entry was electronic access card system like other hotel but only access with normal key. The swimming pool is small . Not enough lighting in the bathroom and that scary us the most.
Old fashioned tv , not most channel are provided

My friend lost his electronic pod in the pool, reporting the front desk however no news or no courtesy call from them until checked out day. However i guess they do not have any handover from the lifeguard on duty or cleaner on duty. Breakfast not really wide spread, normal breakfast like other hotel

Just only the sea view is beautiful in the morning

Unsatisfactory stay

Have stayed here before many times in the past and it was decent then... And this time (after 3 years), the hotel has gone in down so much in quality standard and maintenance. The key card system is no more working and they replaced the hole with a key. The cabinets in the room are falling apart. Room is dirty, stained everywhere and poorly maintained. Aircon is old and the vents are very dirty with dust all over inside the vents and it doesn't even cool the room even if you set at 16C on full blast. Shower room is damaged and the holders are rusted till the glass does not sit in it. Disappointed, very disappointed. Calls to reception or housekeeping and nobody picks up the phone until have to walk to front desk and ask (and wair for it) whilst one of the staff busy on the her mobile phone. This is like a 1.5 star hotel or worst

Room tip: If you are looking for a good location, this is it. Don't expect too much of the room. It's just to get by.
