I spent 2 nights at this hotel for a business workshop. I believe our group of about 60 pax were the only guests staying at the hotel when we were there.
This is an old hotel and not much has been done to refresh or refurbish it. The rooms are quite spacious but old and tired looking. The lobby is surprisingly very small. The coffee house is quite sizeable but again looks really dated. The same with the meeting rooms. The service level by the staff is so-so at best.
The good thing about this hotel is the food served at the coffee house were pretty good! The location is not too bad. There’s a nice public beach just across the street. There’s night market nearby on weekends too.
This hotel has potential but desperately need a major refurbishment works.
