Was checkin here for 3 days with my family.. Everything was of top standard. Nothing too much trouble , clean and well maintained. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs is amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate.

Worst hotel ever. I have stayed in nicer 3 stars. This is meant to be 5 star but there is nothing 5 star about it. Wouldn’t bother spending your money unless you want to spend the night with ants in your pants! There were ants in the bed, advised reception who sent housekeeping to change bedding. 10 mins later more ants appeared. Told reception who moved us rooms only to find ants in that bed too! 3 nights cut short as we left the hotel after the first night. Rooms are outdated and cleanliness is a massive issue! The bath looked like something you see in a hostel. You would only be dirtier by using it.

This is a great hotel. Yes, the rooms are a little tired, and some of the outdoor facilities
are no longer in use, but the pool, the staff and the restaurants are all wonderful.
It would be impossible to over-exaggerate the efficiency, friendliness and general
kindliness of the staff- they are world class.
For most of out stay, we had the marvellous pool, more-or-less to ourselves, & the beach is just a short walk away, in my wife's case a wheel chair - kindly provided by the hotel.
The Chinese restaurant - 'Chinoise' - has a cordon-blue chef (ex Club Med), and his
cooking was world class.
We hope, the owners will, one day be able to invest in updating the rooms, as they do need some money spent on them, but this didn't detract from the pleasure we had in
staying there and we would certainly go back next time we are in KL.
Finally, we must mention Avajit, he seemed to be everywhere all the time: a more helpful and discrete staff member is impossible to imagine.
A short taxi (Grab) ride will take you to the Blue Lagoon, a misleading name for a wonderful cove; well worth the trip.
A lovely hotel, which we were pleased to have chosen.
