The museum itself was not informative enough but the presence of these machines were enough to keep the children occupied for an hour or less.
Parking is a nightmare, by the way.

Not a war fan but decided to stop at The Army Museum to let my 8-year old daughter look at some history of World War 2 and the remains of tanks, aircrafts, trains, helicopters, cannons and others...

Was quite fun actually telling kids about the War era and taking pics and also remembering those who fought in the war, fighting for the country.

I am a big fan of museum. When I planned a trip, I will definitely includes museum. Being a daughter of an air force officer and surrounded by military people, this museum is one that I truly looking forward to visit everytime I'm in Port Dickson.

There's so many historical thing to look at and read. I love the secret tunnel! So many things you can learn and discover during the visit.

When you are in Port Dickson, this place is a must!

For starters, this is a good place to learn more about the evolution of the Malaysian army since its early formation years. However, much more needs to be done before this museum can really stand out as one of the best museums in the country. But nevertheless, it is still a commendable effort to set up this museum especially since not many know about the history of the Malaysian army.

To establish the museum in Port Dickson is perhaps the right move since Port Dickson owe much of what it has today to the existence of the army camps there.

Despite the apparent shortcomings, the Army Museum is a good place to start if you want to learn more about the Malaysian Army and its successes, particularly in fighting the communist insurgents during the Emergency period.

Do not miss the various exhibits on the Emergency period as that was the point in history which turned the Malaysian Army into what it is today.
