The room has not been maintained for a very long time. Furniture is old and looks exhausted, my bed make a squeaky sound . The air condition also has problem. We can change our room but the changed room also got other problem like the ceiling got hole, the lamp not functioning. the bed also bit smelly. old fashion tv & not functioning properly. But the friendly staff & location was nice.

Well, if you choose this hotel would be simple and ok. Not until level of comfortable but at least okayy. Would be a good choice if you are going to have a budget trip & not spending too much cost on hotel room. Next to hotel have a restaurant which is convenience for customer who stay at hotel.
Nice view..recommended sea view room for sunset..about 17km away from teluk kemang beach via jalan pantai road..hotel is away from busy noisy city..easy parking..there was small leak of water in the shower room but rest were fine..
They have good staff. We lost out access card. Its our fault. The staff is very kind helping us in middle of night. Good view from our room to the beach.

I chose this hotel because it is near to my business meeting. Although the name is Seafront, but the sea was across the road. And i chose cheapest price offered, and end up with no-window room. The best thing about this hotel is that u have a restaurant (local) just beside the entrance door.
20th feb 2015 Check in for 2 nites but aft a noisy 1st nite we decided to check out early. Refunded 50%. Seriously very noisy n uncomfortable stay. Door banging, chit chatting loudly, shouting etc....seriously very inconsiderate.
