Stayed at this hotel a couple of times in February and once in May for business trip. I think it is probably set up for business travelers as the facilities are meant for a good night sleep and nothing more. At the same time, I don't remember a business centre. It is one of the better medium range hotels near the town centre. Value for money. Not near any interesting tourist attraction.

There's a night market every Friday evening walking distance from hotel. Self-laundry is a short walk. Burger King and Giant Supermarket is nearby. Ample free parking. Short drive to town.

Wifi definitely may need some upgrade as is unstable and sometimes non-existent.

The restaurant surprisingly I feel is good. The dishes are well done at a competitive price. Also have a franchise spa within the building.

I get the idea from the staff that the hotel takes its maintenance seriously. However in my opinion, the hotel may be starting to slack on their housekeeping front. I find the rooms not as clean as my earlier trips. Also found some trash, including a used cotton bud, under my bed on the most recent trip upon check-in.

I stayed here for night. Room was clean and comfortable, Laundry service very quick (3 hrs). Food was good. Facilities seem good, used gym, however no power to much of the equipment and A/C in gym was not working, which resulted in a hot work out.
Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not bad, clean and quiet. It is focused on families and turists. The restaurant is not high quality, but you can taste some Malesian traditional food. Personnel is helpful. The position of the structure is on the road between Melaka and KL.
