Booked a Premium Water Chalet for two nights. Deal came with breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet flusher a bit slow though. Our room faced the Tanjong Gemok beach and sea. Not a bad place to for a quick getaway with the family. There are no private pools for this hotel unlike its Lexis Hibiscus and Grand Lexis counterparts but there is a short cut to the public beach. Taking safety measures
Room is spacious but poorly maintained. We had to switch rooms due to the air-cond not working. Toilet has an unpleasant smell. Hotel needs refurbishing. The staff are friendly and helpful though. Not much choice for buffet breakfast of RM40 per pax. No private beach. It wad an ok stay though it would help if there was some refurbishing done. Nice view though

NONE of the facilities are available during RMCO which is not clearly stated in official website. Pool only open till 7pm. Poor room and bathroom lighting. Bathing at night in darkness. Curtains , windows are dusty. Room isn’t cleaned well with dust all corners. And dead lizard on the floor. Only one small shower gel and shampoo for 4 occupants. Big disappointment.

Still in Malaysia and loving being trapped here for work.
Compared to back home in Ireland this is paradise. Blue Water, soft waves and peaceful surroundings.
Not many tourists a few locals and bargain pricing is a bonus for Malaysians to eat and stay Malaysian.

12/9/2020 - Rundown room that does not match the price they charge. Jacuzzi bath tub drainage can’t be used. Still waiting for maintenance guy to come. Asked for an extra towel, and that costs additional RM10. No face / hand towel provided. Shower area has no light because it allows for natural light during the day. Night time - shower in the dark. Not your money’s worth. Would not recommend this Lexis.

Stayed here 3days 2 nights with my family of 3 adult 2 kids, we took the Sky Pool Villa it was a big & spacious room facing the waterfront, staff here were very polite and helpful. House keeping did very good job. Food was fine. Overall we had a good & relaxing stay here.
