Our check-in was handled by Hakeem, who was incredibly welcoming and upgraded our room. He also took care of us whenever we requested buggy service, personally ensuring we were picked up. His hospitality really made a difference.
Another standout was Yi Jun during breakfast. She was attentive, engaging with guests and ensuring everyone was well taken care of. Her service went above and beyond, and I believe she has great potential in hospitality.
However, there were a few areas that could be improved. On the first day, I called housekeeping for toiletries, and it took about 20 minutes to receive them. When I requested towels later, it took 30 minutes, and I had to call again before they were sent in 10 minutes. I was also surprised to learn that ice buckets and mineral water came with an extra charge, something I haven’t encountered at other hotels.
