Stay there for 3 nights. It is a modest looking hotel if u ask me. The room is clean, comfortable to stay/sleep & has an adequate amenities. Room is also nice to look at it terms of the ambiance light & the interior design. This place is a ideal location from the shopping mall & places to eat. The staff is quite helpful when ask for an assistance. Entering your floor/room require a smart card which I especially like about this place. The only negative things i want to say about this place is the safety deposit box that is not working (important for traveler who don't want to bring their valuable here & there). Still I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miri.

Stayed for one night in April 2018 during a work trip. The room is very nice and comfortable as well as clean. No hose bidet though. Front desk staff were helpful and courteous. Selected this hotel because it is near to the place of work. 10 minutes walk to Muara Restaurant where you can have a pretty delicious “nasi lalapan“ and 5 minutes walk to a food court round the corner where you can have the locally famous and delicious “sup tulang”, among others. About 15 minutes drive from Miri Airport.

I stayed in Nova Hotel a month ago and i just recently found out that the staffs there is NOT keeping the guest details confidential! EVERYTHING IS EXPOSED. my phone number, my email address! is it okay to simply tell the other guests/anyone whos staying on which room & etc whenever they ask for it????? i thought every hotel has their procedure which keeping the guest details confidential! i am very disappointed on this when i finally found out on this.
