Stayed here many times. A new, comfortable hotel. Very affordable! Walking distance to the mall. Got upgraded to a deluxe, corner room with wide windows. They have smoking rooms too.
The only cons : no fridge and it’s difficult to open the closet.
Staff is friendly and usually handle the check-in smoothly. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back

Hotel does not enforce its smoking/non smoking floors effectively. Stayed for 3 nights. However the room next door kept SMOKING with smoke seeping underneath the connecting door. Complained but nothing done.
Me and friend was stay here on 26th March 2019, a day after we check out and flight to Bario. During the time in Bario my friend only realize she left behind her spectacle in the Hotel room. But that time we can't contact the hotel immediately because no telephone and internet service in Bario. Few day after we back to Miri and try to ask the Hotel receptionist . Thanks God ! the housekeeper kept it for her. A big thanks to the staff Honestly.
Got there on our moto after crossing Brunei's long interstate. Nice but small room, upgraded to a slightly larger but still cramped other room. Designed too small. Nicely furnished and everything worked fine.
New Hotel. Walking distance to Imperial (Across the road), container city. few Minutes walk to a seafood place nearby which also happens to be near Pullman. Within the Hotel Vicinity, there is a cafe place for Breakfast (Their coffee is the bomb!), 7-11 for necessitiies, Malay food stall. 2nd stay here and its still a great place. Although, my parents found A cockroach during this stay.
A really nice budget hotel. Recently opened and walking distance to near by mall.
Cons.. Limited parking space and connecting open Ayam penyet AP smell disrupts the nice ambience of the hotel. Probably should have better ventilation or provide a divider so that the smell does not seep through the lobby.
Housekeeping could be improved. Our coffee cups and utensils had were not cleaned properly.
But all things aside. Would definitely come back to stay in this hotel.
