Stayed in Redang Island resort for 2 nights. Big let down , property was taken considering Berjaya however this is not even 20% to Berjaya standards. Don’t go with Berjaya name and you will be disappointed.
Stayed in sea face room. Only positive which had nice view over the ocean hence have provided 2 star 🌟
Upon check in , towels were not available . When enquired house keeping and reception claim that towels will be provided only at 4 PM. Strange to give a room with out towels and charge in 4 start category.
No proper lighting in pathway , pretty dark in night to walk from reception to rooms. Upon complaining, Answer provided was more annoying. Simply asked is it so ? People from
House keeping pass every 10 minutes in bike , haven’t they noticed?
Food - terrible .we booked in full board , hence all meals were in hotel . One of the worst decision . Food was horrible , either it was chill or no food in counter . Team doesn’t know to manage food served in buffet and was busy taking orders for ala carte. If you are not able to service customer please don’t provide this option.
Don’t plan to stay in the property if you like a peaceful holiday . There are lot of other good options with less cost compared to this old resort sold under Berjaya
