Beach is nice .So is the surrounding sea view .Slight regional haze visible from the aerial drone pics during the stay. Room is okay. Heated & fresh water shower available but pressure can be better. Shampoo and soap bar provided in the room but not toothbrush and hair dryer . Kettle & drinking water not provided in the room either so bring an empty bottle to replenish drinking water or hot water from the cafe. Resort wifi pretty much non existent or non connective throughout . Provided meals are adequate and satisfactory. Service is polite and courteous. Quiet ambience and its pretty much lights off and retire to room after 9.30 pm in the evening. .
Kayaks are available to go the nearby sandbar and island.
Vast coral reef towards the left of the resort .A connecting walkway on the right leads to the next door Mutiara resort.
Huge school of dark sardine like fishes can be sighted swarming occasionally very near to the beach fringe. The transit ferry will pick up or alight guests at the beach in front of the resort for connecting public ferry boat transfer to the mainland. Wisana is worth a revisit for its secluded and quiet charm.

Wisana Village on Redang Island is a spectacle, it is surrounded by beautiful scenery all around. On one side, you have the stunning white beach with clear water and the occasional school of fish; on the other side, there is a jungle. The people who work there are very friendly and always willing to talk or answer any questions you may have. We had the opportunity to go snorkelling around the island, which was amazing as we got to see plenty of colourful, exotic fish and even turtles, it was a once in a lifetime experience. You can also rent out a paddle board or kayak and sail to some smaller, uninhabited isles where you can get a fantastic view of Redang Island. This place really is superb and the people there are just as great.

It's always a very pleasant and relaxing stay, away from the Internet, as the connection is not good, but you really can relax, reading a good book and enjoy the perfect beach. For some activity you should do a snorkel trip and meet the friendly turtles.

One of the best places we have stayed. Just amazing. Staying on an island, away from real world. We would really like to thank Lini, the manager and all the other workers who made our stay really comfortable and nice. Crystal clear water, white sand beach. If you swim further into the sea, towards the rope, there you can always spot sea turtles, just be patient, they will come. Wisana also provides snorkelling trips, of which the best part is Turtle bay, where you can swim with lots of turtles, who are not scared of you. Near Wisana, there is also a coral reef, worth going, just around 50m away from the beach...

The rooms are clean, bathroom is clean, A/C working, ventilator working...no complaints. But do bare in mind, it is a little dated, but you can not expect everything shiny and new like in a city center 5 star hotel...they swipe the floot every morning and make your bed...

Food is great...no complaints either...plenty of options of rice, chicken, beef, noodles etc...

Really recommend this place!

Room tip: All rooms are facing to the beach.

Christal clear sea, white sand and about 5m from your bed you swim with wild turtles. We had a charming clean house. The staff is more than friendly. You get breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner. We did a few trips and enjoyed each one. The people know where the stunning places are. There is sea and sand and nature nothing more but it felt like the Garden of Eden.
