So there are only two vegan options on the menu. The mixed Lebanese salads and the vegetarian couscous. I told the waiter that the prices seemed expensive compared to other restaurants I had eaten at in Morocco so I hoped the food would be good. Well, I have eaten in Marrakech, Essaouria, Agadir, Ait Benhaddou, Zagora, Tanger, Meknes and Chefchaouen but none of these places had food as excellent as Le Jardin des Aromes. The mixed Lebanese salad was actual five dishes and all were superbly prepared. The vegetarian couscous was the best I have had and believe me, I have eaten plenty of them. To top everything, the staff is so friendly and attentive.
