This is a great and convenient place to stay while in Aguas Calientes. It is located further up and on the same road that the buses depart from on their way up to Machu Picchu. Don't stay on the 5th floor however, as it is just below the kitchen and dining area. Lots of noise. The place is family run and very clean. I highly recommend it.

Room Tip: In choosing a room, express your preferences to the owners and they will do their best to accommodate you.

The staff is super nice and Friendly! The rooms are super cute, mine had river view, this was incredible! Specially because I could sleep like a baby. The only bad thing I found was the breakfast. It started at 5 am, which wasn’t functional since you need to be at the bus station at that time if you want to arrive to Machu Picchu before the sunrise. So even though the nice lady from the desktop made me a sandwich, this wasn’t enough for the physical effort I made after.

This was a nice place to stay in a very convenient location. Agua Clientes is a very small town, so everything is walkable. Wiracocha is an easy walk from tons of restaurants, shops and the bus up to Machu Picchu. THe hotel itself was very basic. Simple rooms and amenities. But it was clean, and the service was good.

We stayed here for one night after hiking the Inka Trail. Our room was on 2 floor and windows towards the street. There was no soundproof in the windows so in the evening you could hear everything from the street. Luckily the night was quiet.

Check out in the hotel was 9 am, which is super early. When we asked late check out, like one hour extra, receptionist told it would cost 30 USD.

Good beds were the best thing in the hotel.

The room was clean and the staff were all friendly but we had unfixable issues with both the WiFi and the spotty at best hot water - it would fade to 100% cold very quickly and took over 5 minutes before returning to hot... very frustrating! Comfortable and clean bed though
