We went to Sagada without any reservation. We tried the popular ones like George and Residential but they were all fully booked. We were led to this Inn by the owner herself. The room is cozy , no tv, the restroom is common but clean . Part if the ameneties are the free use of kitchen and wifi. The place is very nice for its price of Php 250 per head. The view at the verranda is beautiful. There is a bar and resto as well which is frequented b foreigners because of the view . My overall rating for the Inn , 7/10 .

Very friendly staff, they even gave us free Mountain Tea. Rooms are great. Very budget friendly. But the hotel location is a bit far from the food trips and the pathway to the hotel is like an adventure itself. This is a little bit dangerous if you don’t have your own flashlight. In the morning the hotel view is just wonderful. Very close to the Cave Connection Tour. Overall experience – Satisfied.

Tita Maryanne is very kind and hospitable during our stay here. She always assist us and let us feel comfortable. It's like a 2nd home to us. In my travel around Northern Luzon, it's rare to see an Inn which has kitchen and complete utensils. She let us use it and she told us its for the guest and part of the amenities she offer. How wonderful....
The place has a good view of Sagada rocky mountain.
Inside furnishing, room and walls is made of Pine Woods or lumber and it added attraction to the interior like staying in a western cabin. It has Wifi connection in room but more faster in Lobby.
One minor concern is the location, it's far from the town proper. I think for me its okay because the view while walking is enjoyable.
Budget friendly stay and good for backpacker. 250pesos per head is alright.
My overall rating is very good.
