Lovely hotel.

I had a mini suite that was beautiful. Great, attentive services from the staff. The food is also good. location is nice.

The hotel is quiet, clean and has a lovely charm to it. There is also a private secure entrance for VIP guests.

Room Tip: executive rooms are nice

This was one of the best buffet I have eaten in India, sometimes big restaurants try to add too many western dishes and that is not wanted when one is visiting India.
They had western and also Chinese dishes including many, many Indian delicacies.
Their appetizers were superb, main dishes included meats , vegetables, rice and bread etc. Some of the dishes reminded me Awadhi cuisines.
Best was the dessert spread mix with western and Indian varieties and fruits. This is a place I will visit again when I go back to India.

Firstly, coming from the US, one might have a "less then" feeling about the Sheraton brand, however don't be fooled as even though this property was formerly under that label, it is a fabulous luxury property that lives up to its reputation.

As it's an SPG brand, we found the recognition for platinum guests to be excellent including full breakfast in the main restaurant . We received vouchers for some complimentary laundry cleaning and the hotel did a great job and the turnaround time was very fast as well. I find this benefit to be extremely useful when travelling for a while! They have evening cocktails (for platinums) in the lounge on the 14th floor or you can choose to take them in the golf restaurant downstairs. My recommendation is to take it downstairs as the lounge was very crowded.

Security is top notch as many dignitaries stay and visited at this property, including the Obamas, Clintons etc...

Check in was extremely efficient and the ITC One junior suite was very spacious.

The restaurants are top notch and the breakfast spread has great variety and plentiful.

Staff are all very welcoming and try hard to please. They do a great job helping arrange transportation. In addition to taking taxis, we hired a driver from the hotel for the day and he did an excellent job! Very professional and caring. We also found the hotel to be very reasonably priced for their drivers.

The property was very meticulous with details changing the fresh flowers constantly and making sure everything was extra clean including twice daily cleaning of the rooms! They had lots of staff in all areas that recognized us and welcomed us which really ensured the luxury feel. I find sometimes other hotels cheap out in that area but that was not the case here at all.

We left something in the room and the hotel contacted us right away to let us know even though it was not an expensive item! Very impressive

We will happily return on our next trip and I would recommend this property to others.
