It's been a good experience staying in this hotel. Good rooms, good hospitality.. Keep it up!
Restaurants are good too.

Good option for Delhites to spend couple of nights in luxury.

Although property is old but we'll maintained.

recently i visited delhi and stayed at this hotel. this is not my first stay at this place.
i deeply appreciate ambiance , location , cleanliness, food and fitness centre.

reception is live and warm.

its absolutely worth to stay .

only one piece of advice to hotel is that at places i feel some sarkari touch which is reqd to be further refined. during my stay this time i found that while taking buffet lunch one executive accosted and i had to give lunch coupon that time . it could be at time of arrival or departure.

its totally out of taste and feel irritated over their un desired misdemeanor .

this seems outcome of sarkari babu touch from a public sector five star hotel.

hope it will be corrected . Rest is all ok about this hotel.

The hoyel is located centrally and that is the only pluspoint . The entrance and lobby are grand but beyond that the hotel infrastructure is crumbling . I had a suite on the sixth floor which was spacious but my stay was miserable as they had renovation going on throughout my stay . The service is very poor you try calling anyone and if they pick up after 10 rings you are fortunate . After this when you ask for a small thing like laundry pick up it takes 30 to 45 minutes . The staff has a dont care attitude which I feel comes with a govt job . They have a club lounge on 6 floor which cannot serve you a cappacino and we had to go to the coffee shop . At the coffee shop we paid 200/- for a watery coffee which they claimed was a cappacino, a coffee at any road side joint would be better for the price paid . Further there was stink where we were sitting which the staff said they were helpless about . The food in room service was also nothing to write home about .
Best to avoid this place

Greetings from the Ashok!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Indeed, it is disappointing to learn that we could not forge a connection between your expectations and experience. It though, always is our endeavor to ensure that our guests experience the best possible service during their stay but it seems that we fell far short of our goals this time. It is in great location where many embassies and other diplomatic missions are located. The place is green and cool. There are no restaurants and shopping centers in its nearest neighborhood but it consists of 6-7 restaurants with variety of choices. The room amenities are fine. In addition to comfortable bed, it aircon and internet were working properly. However, the lock in entrance door often get jammed. Complimentary water bottles and fruits have added extra benefits. The continental buffet breakfast was good. There is a beautiful swimming pool though we did not utilize. Public transportation available to access this hotel are taxis and tempos. Entering this hotel requires security check, looks similar to airport. We surprised to see asking for tips by cleaners and so many type of taxes and extra amount added in the bill while check out. Be aware to have extra money while check-out, for example, the cost of room was told for INR 5000/night while check-in but increased to INR 6500 while check out, even though we did not ask for any additional facilities.
