Very good location and helpful staff.bathroom fittings need to be rectified as water leakage found...overall the location is good, very close to mall road...staff behaviour wss good, food quality was ok

Taking safety measures
Overall good experience, hotel staff is friendly but hotel location on map is not properly available so we reach hotel late and telephone is not working of our room. room is very cold I suggest hotel owner to get central Air conditioner
Cleaning was very bad, blood on bedsheet and Breakfast was very bad and poor quality, Staff declined for luggage help, Location was very bad and no parking there. We facing trouble to find hotel in city
Hotel rooms are very clean warm and cozy. Services are ourstanding and they provide everything at your door. Only minus is that they don’t have space for dining. Food is to be ordered at room only. Sometimes we hadn’t enough space for dining inside the room.
Otherwise everything else is great about this hotel. Tourism services are also provided. You can plan your trip effortlessly staying there.

Treebo Hotels
We went for our winter vacation to Shimla and stayed at Treebo Trend Varuna. We parked our car in the lift parking. we had to walk to to hotel through the entire Mall road with our luggages. Its at the end of the Mall Road and the Hotel doesnt help by arranging pick up and drop even if you offer to pay them for the same. It is good if you just want a lodging option. While we were checking out, i requested the person at the reception to arrange a car for our drop till the parking to which he said you will find one just down the road. We walked more than one km again with luggages and a seven year old child and then managed to get a taxi that charged us 200 bucks for dropping us to the lift parking.
