I would have given a 6 on 5 if not for the front desk guy. We stayed there for 3 days in November 2017. We reached late midnight to hotel and check in was smooth, and everybody were very helpful. Room was perfect. Spacious, elegant decor, with a great bed. But room service menu was limited n little overpriced. Room service was fantastic. The staff were very cordial and well mannered except for one. Breakfast buffet was excellent but Sunday crowd was too much for the then present staff to handle, still they tried to do justice with obviously some delays. Now comes the disgusting part..... I had gone there for an exam and I wanted a print out of one page and only one side that too, and for this the front desk guy was like you can go out and do it, we will not do it for you and when I said I will pay for it he agreed. It did offend me and that’s why the 4 rating. J Hind restaurant was nice, we had a great dinner there!!! I would recommend the hotel definitely n I would defenitely stay there again because they are good and they are in the centre of the town.....

Everything was good. Except the sticky room floor in my room. The floow was so sticky, and the carpet has so many black spots. I didn't feel comfortable at all bare footed in the room. Toilet has got some sewage smell once in a while which is quite unusual to experience in a 4 star hotel.

Stayed there for a short period in November and then longer in December - great staff, very well trained and genuinely courteous.
Rooms are of differing qualities so be sure to check your room :)
The breakfast buffet is amazing especially the cinnamon rolls.. heat them and eat them with butter 😂
Check in and check out was quite smooth and the concierge was very efficient.

Polite, prompt and efficient service.Food (I am a vegetarian)is good and tasty with great variety. Restaurant is very spacious and aesthetically laid out.It is located in the main shopping district of the city.

Booked the hotel a quarter a year ago after searching and looking frantically in hundreds of the hotels available in the city. No regrets, Great People and great food ! Nice pub in the hotel. Breakfast is short from 7am to 10am
