I had a pretty good experience with this hotel. I spent 4 nights here with 3 others in a 2 bedroom suite. Each bedroom had an A/C unit and so did the main area. 4 bottles of water (1L each) were provided each day. Breakfast was also provided and was pretty good. The jam for the toast was oddly incredible, probably the best part of the breakfast.

Staff was very courteous and nice. Always grabbing doors for us and making sure we had what we needed.

Wifi situation was really weird though. Every 24 hours we had to get new wifi credentials. Very secure for a hotel, but a little annoying.

This is a wedding venue, with plenty of quality rooms. We had a two bedroom apartment. Was clean, well maintained. Very quiet and yet not far from the busiest parts of Calcutta.

The breakfast was excellent - but the main asset of this hotel are the staff, who were friendly and very courteous. We will definitely stay again.

One of the most horrendous hotels that I have come across.. Useless management... Never have I come across hotels which demand the entire money upfront and keep hounding you as if you will run away!! Best avoided hotel

This may be the worst hotel where I stayed in my life. The staff are rude, not helpful. Hotel is like a apartment. No food choice. Rooms are like halls no interior. To find out the hotel is very difficult in night. Not Value for money.

We stayed here for two nights for a wedding.Located in the busy locality just opposite to the rathtala bus stand, a little away from the main road (Kasba Ballygunge road). Many a time one may not realise that you may have a resort there. Once you enter the place a vast expanse awaits you. The place has 4 banquets for weddings and other celebrations, each banquet has its own lawn and rooms. The accommodation area is located on the other side, beside the large parking space. The rooms are made in apartment style, ideal for family stay.
We dint try the breakfast here so wont comment on the food quality. service was on the lower side. Initially they were not co-operating but on sincere requests they did.
The place has a bengali touch to it. They wont allow you music after 9pm. You cant take in Band etc. It feels like being in a hostel rather than a hotel. The place is majestic, can get better only if the manager and owners co-operate on these fronts!
