Visited the restaurant for lunch on 4 Nov, but too crowded. Manage to buy bachang and Nonya Chang back. The ambience was good and nice. The price quite reasonable. The Chang not too bad, but a little salty. Will go back my next trip for lunch or dinner.

Thank Peggy K

Food at nancy's is still the best. Well kept with their taste and authenticity. Cendol is a definite killer, nvr say no to cendol even if you are very full.

We went on a Thursday for lunch (around 1pm) and were seated straight away, even as a walk in. We walked from Jonker St which is seemed far in the hot sun but quite pleasant if you go by the river (which we did on the way back).

Ordered the chicken candlenut (great), ngor hiang (nice but not freshly made), popiah (floppy, not great), sweet potato leaves and a kind of scrambled egg dish (tasty).

Food came out quickly.

Everything was nice enough, and they give plenty of rice, which is good. Portions come in different sizes and small means even couples can try a whole bunch of different things. We ate everything.

Nice atmosphere and prices are reasonable!

As we left we bought some kuih bangkit and pineapple tarts which I’ve yet to try. The kuih salat (pictured) wasn’t great unfortunately! Very disappointing as I had been hunting all over Melaka for kuih.

Good food with great taste. Authentic Nyonya food. Only the location is out of the tourist belt. Too far to drive there. Ambience and Decor is great.

Nancy's Kitchen has long been the number one place to go for good Nyonya food in Jonker Wal. Its atmosphere isn’t at all pretentious - it's like stepping into a friendly neighbour's dining room for some delicious food, and dishes come piping hot from the kitchen. Try out their sek bak (braised pork) and sambal sotong petai (sambal squid with bitter beans) with white rice for the ultimate finger-licking experience. Nyonya popiah, pineapple tarts, and Nyonya cendol are also sold here for visitors who can’t get enough of Nyonya tantalising delicacies.
