Normally I don't like visiting Western chains while traveling abroad, but this Hard Rock Cafe maintains a traditional Malaysian flair, with great local cuisine, good selection of beer, and friendly Malaysian wait staff. Food is quite good and reasonably priced. Lots of local rock and pop music, very clean restrooms, and wonderfully cool inside.

Its a real disappointed to experience the poor service.from Hard Rock cafe.
We went at midnight 12 and wanted to have a chilled night out..
We queue and the staff say we have to order the drink first and then find your own table... She told us that we have to hold our drinks and wait for the seat.. Lol
We r there to have a chilled out and paying not a cheap price and we need to look for the table ourself...
Quite a dissapointment..
Dear guest, after 10.30pm our restaurant becomes a pub with live band as you have seen and we are not able to accommodate everyone a table. The first drink order is to prevent free loaders to come in and hanging around or occupy a table. Thank you
It's very nice , the view is awesome, the food is fantastic, and for me the staff at Hard Rock Melaka are professional and nice , one of the best Hard Rock Cafe's !

Staff are extremely helpful and prompt. Went there at night and was seated outdoor, which is quite peaceful, great view and less noise. No smoking allowed here. The food is excellent. Big portion (American size). A bit pricey but this is Hard Rock right, so it's expected. Would suggest everyone to go at night and please make reservation to avoid disappointment.

situated at riverside, this is the "hottest" & fame cafe best ever in its branch in Malaysia compare to Penang, Langkawi & KL.
The unquestionable friendly staff & also musics plyed entertain each age level of visitor.
Buffet Ramadhan in this year 2016 is superb & really combining various local food.
Cant say much just double thumbs up
