We was staying here as it's a member of IHG hotel group and I have a loyalty member, I redeemed my points here. It was a good location, the room was clean. The other good thing is the location. It was walking distance to the Jonker street and have a big shopping mall nearby.
We visited the business lounge and spa here. The spa has a very good service and worth it.

Had a great time here spent a week in malacca at holiday inn hotel with my husband, staff was very nice loved the food the room was small but good view was really nice. what I enjoyed most was the pool it's so clean loved swimming in it. The receptionist helped us a lot took use in the hotel van to our destination cause we couldn't get a taxi, he even took us on his day off to the airport was very friendly. Would go back again 😊👌🏻

Stayed 1 night, booked adjoining room. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and spoilt with choices. Car parking was abundant in front of hotel and in the basement free for customer. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay...

The location is nearby to local food restaurant...nyonya food and other outlet.it is also near to tourist area. Opposite the hotel is shopping centre and cafe. The pub and bar is also in walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly. The room is clean and nice.

First of all big thanks to Fredrik to be exelent customer service professional. If Holiday Inn have employe of the month I hope Fredrik is in the list.
We were lucky to get room on 20th floor and most happy think was great beds and pillows. Lovely to sleep even so late that we missed our breakfast.
Air Con in the room worked fine and service over all was good and friendly. We got so many good info from lobby staff where to eat and what to see. One more night to go befor bus trip to Singapore.
