Aircon was totally down until 2000 hrs in the night. The room temperature was around 27 degree c.
Rooms and corridor were smelly and cleanness was bad.
Will not recommand this hotel unless they improve basic hygeine to 4 star hotel

Overall it is a great value for money hotel given its location and aesthetic interior design.

If you are coming by coach from Singapore choose the arrival point at Hatten Hotel / Estadia Hotel. It is the same area. Once you alight yoy are within 20-30m to the arrival lobby of Estadia Hotel. Proceed to Level 3 for check in.

Check In was fast and easy. But can see the toll of covid on the hotel business as their lounge restaurant was closed when we arrived at 3+pm.

I booked a 2 Bedroom Suit as was traveling with family. On 1st sight were amazed by its interior design and it makes u feel u are in a 5Star hotel instead of a 3Star. And it has a Jack and Jill bathroom for the 2nd bedroom (twin). And that is at best where this hotel is at.

I would hv given them a 5star full score if it is not because of the following;
1) Safe was not working
2) Dusty ledge below all the curtains can see a thick later of dust
3) Curtains were not properly fixed thus some curtains can open and some cannot (or slide open)
4) water tap is loose in the 2nd bathroom.
5) Common corridor wallpaper are starting to peel.
6) Some towels were not in their best states.

Understand this hotel is still recovering from covid and due to lack of manpower in the hospitality industry. And that is why i still give them a 4 star rating and not lower.

The above is not exactly a deal breaker but it is just these small details that would hv make the experience even better.

Accessibility - the hotel reception was located on the third floor of the building and the carpark on the 4th to 6th floors. It is very conveniently located to major attractions Eg Jonker street and food establishments.

Service - good. Staff were polite and allowed me to check in early and collect keys at 230pm. Check out was smooth and easy.

Rooms - very clean. My family likes the design of the deluxe suite we stayed and two teenage daughters liked it so much that they said it is a well designed and nice hotel. The living area is separate from the two bedrooms so it helps for those family who have folks who wanna stay up late and sleep early.

We enjoyed the beautiful Sunrise view and the rain shower. Thanks and strongly recommended. We will come back again!
