We are a family of 19, ages range from 5 - 75 years. Villa Martita was a fantastic place for all concerned. Close to the Beach, walking distance to restaurants and Mini Mart, Well stocked Super Market is a $5 taxi ride. Ricardo recommended chef Miguel who came to the Villa and cooked some dinners for us and cleaned up after. Well worth it. Santos kept the grounds and pool clean while Angelica kept the inside clean and made the beds. The steps are a bit steep for elderly/ disabled people, so we got a taxi to take him to the Beach going around the Villa, cost $1 U.S. Kitchen was very well equipped, bathrooms have been upgraded. As it was very hot when we went to the Beach we rented umbrellas and chairs for $20 U.S. All the family without exception had a wonderful vacation and would go back
to Villa Martita in a heart beat.
Traveled with a group of 7 couples, so each couple either had their own little house or own room to stay in. I stayed in the main house, so I can't speak much for the other houses, but the main house was good enough for our needs. We spent most of our time by the pool or at the beach. The beach was about one block away and it was the best beach I have ever been to! Very quiet and very nice sand! The pool at the house was not huge by any means, but it was perfect for us. Lots of room to lay out by it too. The house and yard were cleaned daily so it was always kept in tip top shape. Location to restaurants and other things to do was about 1/4 mile away, but it was a nice walk. Very friendly people, very accommodating people. Would definitely stay here again!
