Room was nice. Had air conditioning. View was wonderful. Pool was comfortable. Restaurant was good but apparently I don't like passion fruit sauce on my Mahi Mahi.

The breakfast was good but you had to beat the tour group that happened to be there while we were there.

The internet wasn't working over the entire hotel but it could be had in the lobby and restaurant. I don't think they were working too hard on fixing it.

Overall, a nice place, a little older. Not 5 star by American standards but very nice. I would certainly go back again.

If you are staying in Costa Rica this is definitely a place you should look at. High on a hill overlooking the bay. Service here is just like all 3rd world places. They get to it when they get to it "Pura Vida". Don't stress just enjoy the sun and beauty. This hotel is just a few minutes from Mauel Antonio national park as well as zip lining and the beach. It is also close to all kinds of restaurants. Internet is sketchy at times but good in the morning at breakfast and in the lobby.

Our host Victor was very friendly and helped us carry our bags to our room and the hotel provided us with local attraction information. The pool was great! We were able to have happy hour drinks in pool brought to us by the server. The room was very clean and we had a nice view. The restaurant food was delicious! Our room was spacious. Soap, Q tips, face clothes and towels provided. TV, A/C, a fridge, coffee maker with tea, coffe and cups. Easy to find. Excellent facilities, great value, highly recommended!

This is one of our favorite hotels in Costa Rica. We've return to every few months since we've been living here. Why? Because it's awesome! Relaxing by the pool and watching titi monkeys jump in the trees and scarlet macaws fly overhead. Are you kidding? This place is paradise at a reasonable price. Great staff, helpful, Hoping for Edgar to come back soon (super tour guide for the park, too), Antonio is friendly, too. Our family keeps coming back for more. The omelets and gallo pinto, fried plantains and fresh fruit ample breakfast is a big draw for our hungry family, too! Highly recommended!
