We had a wonderful meal and desert and even enjoyed a sample of sakis.

The service was great and you can't beat the view.

We shared some delicious sushi and sushimi. My favorite was the mango cake and ice cream dessert.

Great dinner with a terrific view. Totally unexpected in out of the way Homer, Alaska. I'd go back there in a heart beat.

Visiting from San Diego, got a table on our first night in Homer. We were not disappointed at all. Everything was fresh and tasty - huge nigiri pieces - but the highlight for us was the smoked duck tacos. Second best tacos we have ever had, only next to a grilled octopus taco in Tijuana last spring. Absolute must try!

My wife and I went to Wasabi's for dinner. Choosing what to eat was a challenge because there were so many appealing dishes on the menu plus a few specials. We finally settled on the the Alaska seafood stew and the Thai curried rockfish. Both dishes turned out to be excellent. The seafood stew was cioppino-like with a tomato broth and lots of seafood. It had clams, mussels, shrimp, and a half a Dungeness crab. At our server's suggestion, I added a a serving of steamed rice to eat with the remaining broth. Good idea. It was a big meal and truly excellent. The curreid rockfish was also perfect. The curry was very light so it did not overpower the rockfish, which as a mildly flavored fish. Dinner prices were reasonable considering the quantity and quality of food. Would order both again. They also had a good wine list with reasonable prices considering the selections offered. Service was excellent. The dining area is nicely layed out and has a great view of Kachemak Bay. Everything was very clean including the bathrooms. Some of the art was not to our taste, but that is kind of the deal with art. Overall, a really memorable and excellent meal. Highly recommended.

We had a group of 16 looking for food after a long day of fishing in wet weather. Walked into Wasabi's on a Wednesday night around 8 and they threw some tables together and seated us. The food was exceptional, particularly the scallop mac. which had a cajun flavor and creamy finish.
