Excellent location, very unusual access to the beach and amazing area to explore. Accommodation is very simple hover clean and quiet. Staff very supportive, excellent meals especially dinner. Wifi is an issue when everyone comes for the meal…

Stayed for a night with a few friends in one of the bungalows. Lovely staff, amazing food, so close to the beach and very very affordable for what you get! Sometimes service/hospitality could have been better but otherwise, it was great. Would highly recommend!

What more could a backpacker wanting to relax and have a break from weeks of hard traveling need?

The complimentary breakfast is fresh and you can even get an omelette or fried eggs made right in front of you. And if you're like me and like to sleep in occasionally, the breakfast is served until 11am for the sleepy heads.

The complimentary dinner is absolutely amazing!!! Similar basics each night but with a different meat and vege option with each meal. The chicken dish (which I wish I could remember the name of) was one of the best meals I've had in Turkey.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with great knowledge of sights, activities and bus schedules etc.

We payed a bit more to get the A/C room with private bathroom and loved it. Some kiwi friends we made at the pension stayed in the tree houses and were very happy with their accommodation.

The garden is chock full of lounges, hammocks and tables where you can play backgammon or Gin rummy while drinking a nice cool Efes and make some great new friends.

This place is like a backpacker resort!

Thanks so much Saban for an excellent stay. We will definitely come back.

Room tip: Oops up the back of the pension are much quieter.

We spent three nights in a very nice and clean cabin at Saban. There was a/c and a private bathroom. The grounds are wonderful with lots of flowers and trees and around ten raised pavilions with cushions to relax and read/eat/sleep in. The host, Meral, was very welcoming and helpful and dinner was amazing every night. I was afraid there wouldn't be enough food or enough of a variety but every night there were at least 7-8 different things to try and plenty to go around. Breakfast was also nice. I would recommend that anyone passing by Olympos spend at least 2-3 nights here, it is less than 10 minutes walking to the beach through the ancient ruins and there are some other shops and small restaurants along the dirt road that have delicious food. The beach is beautiful if a little crowded (at least in August) and you can spend hours exploring the ruins, mostly without running into any other people.

Room tip: If you are traveling in the summer get a cabin with a/c, it is extremely hot.
