Arrived at the hotel late on a Saturday night. Was shown to my room by Naz who I knew from the year before at the Patio. I quickly freshened up and when I went to the bar for a drink and snack, the hotel was closed so I had to go to a nearby restaurant. Room was clean, had a fridge and the air con was included in the price. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was new and had a wall mounted hairdryer. Breakfast was a Turkish buffet, an excellent choice of food which was inside the reception area. Food was partially covered by cling film but the doors were open so most days there were flies about which is normal but off putting. Apart from Nazim, the front of house manager nobody else who works in the hotel appears to speak much english, including the receptionist. The hotel was less than half full of non english speaking guests and having been to Dalyan previously, and knowing other holiday makers I didnt spend much time in the hotel. This obviously p....d Nazim off as about 3 days into my 18 days holiday he started avoiding me and then progressed to blatantly ignoring me, he also deleted me from Facebook lol. This behaviour was totally unprofessional and not conducive to getting me to stay and have dinner at the hotel.
Overall....hotel was good, location is second to none, housekeeping was excellent.
Would i stay here again? Yes.
But not while Nazim is working there. Sorry Serdar 😑
