We stayed at the Le Meridien for our honeymoon for 4 nights and loved every minute! We stayed in an overwater bungalow and loved just walking out onto the deck and down into the crystal clear water - it really was like a postcard!! We stayed in September and had awesome weather - what rain we did have lasted 10 minutes and then was clear again! From the personal greeting on arrival and tour we knew our stay was going to be amazing and we were not wrong! Even went the extra mile when my husband left his phone on the seat at the dock to get it back to him before we flew back home!

We were thrilled from the minute we arrived on this gorgeous property.
We were given a wonderful tour to familiarize us with the amenities on site.
The concierge, the staff and everyone we encountered acted as if we were the only guests on the grounds...super helpful and cheerful all the time.
In short we were treated like kings and queens.
Would highly recommend the Moana Adventure Tour....swim with the sharks and rays, lunch at Bloody Marys and then a 2 hour jet ski tour with Jo. Way fun!!!!

Our travel representative, Noy from Tahiti Legends, recommended Le Meridien to us and we could not have had a better experience. From the airport transportation, to the hotel welcome, to the special honeymoon gifts, to the service and amenities, we loved this hotel. We stayed in one of the overwater bungalows with a Motu view and it was unbelievably gorgeous. Swimming off the bungalow in the lagoon was an experience we will never forget. The hotel dock made activity pick up very easy, and were very accommodating to confirm our activities and travel prior to our departure. We also enjoyed our complimentary breakfast each day overlooking the lagoon, eating lunch and dinner with our toes in the sand and loved being able to order meals to our bungalow looking onto the main island. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien and would definitely recommend!

I absolutely LOVED this resort. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible so our stay was exactly what we had imagined it would be. The resort was smaller in size but even when it was full...It felt quiet and peaceful. You never realized just how many people were actually there. The rooms were clean and a perfect size. My husband and I had the privacy we wanted yet still connected and met many lovely couples. We did several excursions. Our favorite being the Shark and Sting Rays with Raanui Tours. We also did the Vavau Tour an learned about the island and its history. It was fabulous. The food was delicious and fresh. Be prepared to spend $$$ on food drinks and excursions but that is EVERYWHERE in French Polynesia. Just plan ahead for it. We traveled over to the St Regis and the Four Seasons. These resorts were beautiful and the taxi to St. Regis was free so I highly recommend dinner at the Lagoon. We walked the property of the St. Regis and it was beautiful However...Le Meridien gave us the most quaint and private feel that we were looking for. It was less commercial and in our personal opinion...a more romantic feel. There was plenty of snorkeling and activities to do without ever leaving the resort. We spent countless hours in the water paddle boarding, canoeing, snorkling and smimming. We loved that even on our last day, We were able to spend the entire day on the beach and use their transition room to shower and clean up before heading to the airport. I highly recommend Le Meridian.

Room Tip: The bungalos at the very ends had the best views and the most privacy. Mountain view in our opinion...

I am by now means a world traveler but Bora Bora is the most beautiful place I have ever been (see photos we took). If there is a more beautiful place then i would like to go there next. The over the water bungalow that we stayed in was awesome. We had a perfect view of the mountain from our balcony. The resort itself was quaint and not too crowded. I felt like my wife and I could interact with people if we wanted to or be off by ourselves. The staff was super friendly and eager to help. There did not seem to be any stress found on the property which is why I believe people go there.
