We had a wonderful overnight stay and we will definitely be back! The B&B is very centrally located, with secure off street parking. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the residents lounge upstairs! The staff were all very friendly and hospitable. Oscar and Nicky are great hosts! The meals were delicious.

Spent the night over fest and highly recommend Browns as a super cozy and affordable spot. There is a fantastic restaurant below and is very well equipped with friendly staff. Will definitely be staying longer next time I visit Grahamstown!!

Popped in for a quick bite between shows at the Arts Festival. The restaurant looks good, the service was good and the food was really tasty. We had schwarmas and they were excellent. Would definitely go back!

We loved our visit to the National Art Festival this year, which was made even better due to our lovely accommodation at Browns! From the first phonecall with Nicki confirming our booking to our final farewell from the Manager, Theodore, we experienced excellent service and hospitality. Every single meal was superb and we found ourselves often returning to Browns for meals during our four days there. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable. Lovely bedding, hot showers. Also a stunning quiet lounge area for guests to enjoy. Very central which is a bonus during the festival. Theodore went out of his way to chat with us and make us feel at home.

Just spent a lovely evening at Brown's restaurant last night. Divine pitas , good wine , yummy dessert and good coffee. The roaring fire created such a warm atmosphere, in more ways than one. Prompt friendly service too. Definitely to be repeated. Well done!
