Myself and my husband did the 9km trek. It was a lovely day, hot with clear blue skies. We got there for 0930 and the car park was already full but we were one of the first to park on the road so that was ok. It only took us 2hrs 45 mins to do the 9km walk, but we are experienced walkers and scramblers and dint stop for a swim. We saw seals and there were quite a lot of ants so be aware of this. With trainers on though the ants were not a problem. Lovely views and a nice interesting walk.

We did the 5km trek. The scenery was beautiful. The walk was easy for the most part beautiful beaches be sure to bring your swim suit! Loads of seals!

Took the long route, and what an experience - the route is not for the unfit, but also not for pro-athletes only. Best part was spotting several sharks from the cliffs as they were chasing the seals around. Highly recommended, but take plenty of water and sunscreen

Peninsular on west side of Plettenburg Bay. There are parking spaces, but get there early! There are a number of walks on offer. We took the "mid circuit" 2 hour one, which took longer because we dallied and watched the seals (and shark). Some ascents and descents - so not that easy an walk, but also not a tough one. At one point we had great views of shark way below us sinuously weaving its way through the waters whilst no doubt scanning the area for its lunch! Sand dunes etc...this is a lovely walk and well worth it if you are in the area.

Walked the 5.5km track and really enjoyed it. Some amazing scenery and great photo opportunities. Would have loved to do the 9km trail but not enough time. Definitely worth a visit!
