We went to Harissa Bistro for a department year-end lunch with colleagues. The food was very tasty, the waiters were good and the chef's specialities were great with really interesting fusions in good ways. They do tasters and platters well and their food is refreshingly different from what you're used to at bistros in Pretoria. Maybe a little steep if you are paying in ZAR - but worth it (also a neat cellar with quite a good wine collection). If you are ten people, try to get the fishbowl dining lounge.
