We only stayed here for a night, and the hotel was nice enough, but the rooms are expensive and you're charged more at every turn - breakfast isn't included with the room, and there's a 45 rand charge for room service - per trip - that makes ordering drinks something you really have to think twice about.
The breakfast was nice but there was nowhere near as much choice as in the Vendome, another Radisson Blu offering in the Sea Point area, and although the location is a little better, the free shuttle service offered by both hotels somewhat negates this, especially considering the rooms here cost almost double those of the Vendome.
My suggestions would be to include breakfast with the room charge, and to eliminate the room service charges, even if you think it's fair - don't get me wrong, the hotel is a nice enough hotel and I'd doubtless have given it a higher score if I hadn't had a measurably better hotel experience for half the price.
One other important thing to note - the awesome pool that I chose the hotel for was closed due to water shortages in Cape Town. This has been the case since January and there's no indication of this on the booking websites at all, which is a little underhand. They were even reluctant to give us the plug for the bath!
