A very peaceful place with extremely gracious, helpful staff. Our unit had a balcony facing the water with pleasant views of the seascape. Breakfast was good and accommodating, hosts were helpful with info and guidance, reservations for eateries and for walks.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view room if that matters to you

We are from Constantia,CapeTown. We have been admiring this wonderfully appointed 5 star quest house for a while on our frequent trips to Hermanus. The guest house is spacious and well appointed and exudes an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. The rooms are indeed luxurious and well maintained. The breakfast is the best we have had in Hermanus and attention to detail in all respects is outstanding. The main highlight is the bespoke high-teas at 15h30 where Anni and Sonette display their culinary skills to thrill your palate.Very friendly and helpful hosts indeed.

Room Tip: all the rooms upstairs have superb sea views

We had a lovely time at Auberge Provence. The room was excellent and very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was superb and the staff were delightful and could not do enough to help us. Highly recommended.

We spent a lovely few days at this beautiful boutique
hotel. Anni ,Sonette and the team could not have been more helpful. From booking us two fantastic
restaurants with the best tables to giving us all the local information. The hotel itself was very clean
and the breakfast and afternoon teas were amazing.
Just a short walk into Hermanus centre via the cliff
path. We would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet peaceful relaxing break .

We chose Auberge Provence as hub for travelling the Hermanus Walker Bay wine routes. We found a quiet and relaxing place, a nice room with a connected outdoor seating place and a small pool (we unfortunately could not use because of weather conditions and lack of water heating). The service was very good, professional and discrete. The small number of rooms give a feeling of privacy. Breakfast service was outstanding and we enjoyed the "teatime" in the afternoon.

Room Tip: Choose room with an ocean view (quiet). Suits best for couples.
